December 1994 - Minister Robert F. Dowell felt the call to Pastor.

January of 1995 - After much prayer, Pastor and First Lady founded New Life Fellowship, at 515 C Ave

June 1996 - The ministry grew. Pastor began to pray for a larger building and we moved to our present location, 3310 SW 11th St.

1997 - Pastor Dowell began to reach out beyond our four walls through the radio broadcast of "Anointed Word Ministry"

1998 - The building underwent a major remodeling, As we began to confess God's Word over the ministry and our personal lives, God brought our confessions to fruition.

1999 - Conducted a "Destiny Crusade" in Witchita Falls, Texas

2000 - Pastor Dowell began to write books and manuals to encourage, strengthen, and equip the Body of Christ to fulfill their divine destiny.

2000 - Pastor Dowell left teaching and coaching in Lawton Public School System to become our full time pastor.

2001 - Pastor and First Lady Dowell began a ministry for Five Fold Ministers, which was an interviewing series called "Five Fold Food"

2001 - Pastor and First Lady Dowell began a ministry to help equip couples, which was an interviewing series entitled, "Monthly Marriage Maker"

2001 - Pastor Dowell began broadcasting the "Anointed Word Ministries" on a local television station.

August 2001 - Pastor Dowell founded the "New Life Bible School".

2002 - Pastor and First Lady Dowell began the first Marriage Enrichment Retreats (Weekend Getaways)

2002 - Pastor Dowell began the "Generation Next" service, reaching out to the young adults in the community.

2002 - Mobile Prayer Team birthed; going into the homes of those in need of personal prayer. Traveling (Holy Spirit - Led) Prayer Groups, known as "Drive Bys"

March of 2003 - "Prayers of the Righteous" was recorded on CDs.

May of 2003 - "Arkansas Prayer Revival"

June of 2003 - New Life Bible School began the School of the Prophetic and the School of Leadership.

October of 2003 - Hosted the "Acts 2" City Wide Prayer Revival at the McMahon Auditorium. Approximately 800 people in attendance.

June 2004 - New Life Bible School - First Graduation Class. 

2004 - Dynamic Wednesday Night Seminar's to equip the Christian Believers.

2004 - Two Citywide Tent Revivals.

2004 - Citywide Carnival - Kids and Family Day

2004 - Part of our vision, which is to help equip other local churches, manifested through Altar Worker workshop and a Leadership Seminar conducted by Pastor Dowell, with two churches in Arkansas. Furthermore, our Bible school was able to instill serve as a consultant agency for a Leadership School in Arkansas.

2004 - Hosted "The Victorious Believers Conference with Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb, are spiritual covering from Christian House of Prayer in Killeen, Texas.

June of 2005 - New Life Bible School Graduation 38 students.

August of 2005 - New Life Bible School enrolled 109 students.

2005 - Purchased land

September of 2005 - Beginning of parking lot construction.

October of 2005 - Community Event Christian Comedy Night at the McMahon Auditorium Over 800 people in attendance.

February of 2006 - Completion of parking lot

June of 2006 - New Life Bible School Graduation 73 students

June of 2006 - Radio Broadcast aired in the Oklahoma City area and on the world wide web

August of 2006 - New Life Bible School Online Program begins. Enrolling students for both Correspondence and Online courses.

September of 2006 - New Life Destiny Center Bible Study began in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

February of 2007 - Book release "Achieving your Goals" and "How to be an Effective Lay Counselor", by Dr. Robert F. Dowell, Pastor
