First Lady Alicia Dowell is the wife of Robert F. Dowell, Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton Oklahoma. She is the proud mother of five sons Michael, Marcus, Marcellous, Maurice, and Marquez.

First Lady Dowell is a very warm and loving person. She enjoys loving on God's people with open arms. Her warm smile will encourage you to never hold your head down, but know that the joy of the Lord is your strength.

As Executive Pastor First Lady Dowell enjoys teaching God's people how to be Leaders who operate in the Spirit of Excellence. She also teaches God's people how to war on their own behalf with the Word of God, Praise and Worship, and through powerful Prayer.

First Lady Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Masters of Divinity and Doctorate from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. She also has several certificates from the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a trained life coach. She is also a License Practical Nurse and enjoys caring for God's people God's way.
