Dr. Robert F. Dowell is the founder and Senior Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton, OK. There he teaches people to discover, pursue, and fulfill their God given destinies. Dr. Dowell teaches people through the Word of God how to obtain success and how to strive for excellence in their lives. Dr. Dowell is the President of the "New Life Bible School" he is committed to changing the world by developing students in character, scholarship, and leadership.

Dr. Dowell's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Cameron University, a Masters and Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Theology from the Andersonville Baptist Seminary.

Dr. Robert F. Dowell is married to Executive Pastor Alicia Dowell; they are the proud parents of five sons, Michael, Marcus, Marcellous, Maurice and Marquez.

Pastor Dowell and First Lady Alicia are dedicated servants to their flock and work tirelessly to empower all those under their leadership to succeed. Pastor Dowell has been blessed with a special anointing in teaching God's Word. His teachings are dynamic, understandable, and applicable to every day living. He is a Pastor that is not only in authority, but he is also submitted to authority. His life and ministry are submitted and accountable first to God, then to the leadership of Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb of the Christian House of Prayer Ministries in Copperas Cove, TX.
